While Zoftidic intends to provide the reliable retirement planning advice and solutions, no guarantee can be provided on specific results or outcomes. The success of your retirement plan will depend on a number of factors including market conditions, asset management performance, and changes in your personal circumstances.

4. Confidentiality and Data Protection

Zoftidic handles securely your personal and pecuniary information. We will not share, sell, or disclose any data without your explicit consent except when compelled by law. We take all reasonable measures to ensure the security and privacy of the information you provide to us.

5. Use of Information

8. Terms and Conditions Changes

Zoftidic has all the rights to make amendments in the terms and conditions at any time it pleases. Such change would be made known to the clients before the alterations occur. Acceptance of new terms by continued use of our services is considered.

9. Jurisdiction

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong. All cases arising out of this Agreement shall be resolved by taking appropriate court actions within the courts of Hong Kong
